CATIA V5 Basic Kinematics

OBJECTIVE:
Upon completion students will be familiar with the Kinematic practises that are used in the Aerospace and Automotive industry.
Courses Structure:

  • Basic Joint with solids,
  • Joint Analysis,
  • Joint creation with wireframe,
  • Dress up feature of wireframe
  • Creating simulation with commands
  • Editing simulation,
  • Converting assembly constraints in to Kinematic constraints.

Catia V5 Basic Surfacing
Duration:
1 Day
OBJECTIVE:
Upon completion students will be familiar with the Surfacing practises that are used in the Aerospace and Automotive industry.

Course Structure:

  • Basic design tree analysis
  • Creating simple surfaces
  • Analysis of surfaces
  • Creating wireframe in space
  • Extruding surfaces
  • Converting surfaces into part solids.

Duration:
1 Day
OBJECTIVE:
By the end of the course students will have basic knowledge of tubing Procedures used in both in the Aerospace/Automotive industry.

  • Generation of runs for basic parts
  • Management of flexible tubes and bundles
  • Basic analysis
