designer development program

Learn to become a fully qualified Design Engineer within the Aerospace/Automotive Industry. The current prerequisite for any design vacancy other than your qualification is Experience!

A recent survey has shown that 40 to 50% of university leavers are unable to move into their chosen field of study due to the following reasons:

  1.    • Very fierce competition amongst graduates…not every graduate is able to achieve a position within a Graduate Training Programme.

  2.    • Lack of work experience

So what do the rest do?

  1.    • Call centres

  2.    • General Stores

  3.    • Change industries

Or

Unemployment!!

Spires has helped many graduates over the last year obtain full time employment within their chosen field by offering them a one year work placement. You learn 'on the job' methods and practices in an effort to be employed by some the largest employers. (AIRBUS, GKN, FOKKER, HYDE).
